About Sean Hunter, RSW
I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) working with individuals across Ontario through virtual sessions. My background includes work in hospitals, community health centres, and private practice, supporting people through stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and a wide range of mental health concerns.
What matters most to me in this work is being direct and steady. Therapy works better when you can say the real thing and get honest, grounded feedback in return — not a rehearsed response. I’m less interested in labels and more interested in what’s actually going on for you, and what a workable next step looks like.
I work virtually with clients across Ontario, which means you can meet from wherever’s easiest for you — no commute, no waiting room. Outside of individual sessions, I also run workshops for organizations on topics like stress, burnout, and communication, and I’ve put together Maps & Mirrors, a free self-guided resource for when things feel like too much.
