What services do you offer?

I offer one-on-one virtual psychotherapy for adults across Ontario, as well as workshops for workplaces, organizations, and community groups.

Individual therapy sessions take place through secure video, allowing you to access support from wherever feels most comfortable and convenient for you.

Workshops are available in person across Southwestern Ontario, with virtual options also available depending on the needs of your group.

Start by booking a free 15-minute consultation. This gives you a chance to ask questions and see if it feels like a good fit before committing to ongoing sessions. From there, you can schedule your first full session. Not sure who to even reach out to first? Here’s a quick guide to figuring that out.

My session fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. I’m happy to answer any questions about fees during your free consultation or by email before you book. Official receipts are provided after each session and may be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

I don’t bill insurance providers directly, but as a Registered Social Worker, my services may be eligible for reimbursement under many extended health plans. I provide an official receipt after each session for you to submit to your provider, so it’s worth checking your plan’s coverage for RSW services.

Yes. What you share is confidential and protected under the professional and legal standards that govern regulated psychotherapy in Ontario, with a few limited exceptions required by law, such as risk of serious harm. I’m happy to walk you through these limits in more detail during your first session.

My approach is direct, warm, and collaborative. I focus on practical strategies alongside deeper emotional exploration, adapting to what you need session to session. You can expect a space that feels honest, non-judgmental, and paced around you.
